The Christ Church Cranbrook Choir provides musical support weekly at the 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning services from September to June, as well as certain holy days, concerts, and special events throughout the year. Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.

The C3 Music Ensemble sings contemporary worship music the three weekend of the month in the 5 p.m. and 10 a.m. services.

The Men's Compline Choir assists with music leadership each Sunday evening at 9:00 p.m. Rehearsals are held Sundays at 8:00 p.m. from September to June.

Cranbrook Ringers, Carillon Ringers and Trinity Ringers. CCC boasts the largest handbell collection in the Midwest with a full six octaves of bronze handbells, cast by Schulmerich Carillons, Inc., and Malmark Bell Founders, augmented by six octaves of Malmark Choir Chimes. The impressive resources of the handbell choir are a result of many generous donors. Carillon Ringers and Cranbrook Ringers rehearse on Wednesday evenings in the Nave of the church. The Carillon Ringers rehearse from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m. and the Cranbrook Ringers rehearse from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. The Trinity Ringers rehearse on Tuesdays from 10 - 11:00 a.m. You do not need to read music to be a part of the ministry, though prior musical experience does help.

The Hymn Singer Corps is designed for people who like to sing with the choir, but cannot commit to weekly rehearsals. Participants sing the hymns and service music, process and sit with the choir, but don’t sing the “hard stuff,” i.e. anthems. A regular commitment is not required. Members come on Sunday mornings at 9:15, robe up, and rehearse the hymns. This is a great way to support the choir, bolster the hymn singing and get a taste of full choir participation. Anyone who likes to sing, even those with the most modest ability, are welcome and encouraged to join us.
